The People team sits at the heart of Warner Music Group and is focused on attracting, retaining and developing exceptional people. The team designs, implements and facilitates HR programs around Recruitment, Learning; Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits and HR Processes; Policies. Our team also partners with the business to support key organizational initiatives. As part of the People team, our dynamic and diverse Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding and hiring the best talent for the business, and partnering with our business leaders on their people strategies.

Your role:
You will be responsible for identifying and attracting the very best people for our business, responding to live briefs in order to fill open vacancies as well as actively building up a talent pipeline for the future. You will collaborate with our hiring managers to create, develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify top talent. You will also have the opportunity to take on special projects to drive improvements to the candidate and hiring manager experience. It's a busy and varied role which requires passion, creativity and effective planning and strategy.

Here you'll get to:
• Lead end to end recruitment process for a number of live vacancies, from initial briefing with hiring manager through to offer and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, thinking creatively about how we engage and attract the best talent for open roles, as well as building pipelines for upcoming searches.
• Ensure open vacancies are advertised on all applicable sites including Warner careers site and all suitable job boards and social networking sites.
• Deliver feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates in a timely manner.
• Actively establish new partnerships and expand a network of websites, user groups and other resources where talent can be identified.
• Quickly build strong working relationships with all partners, including hiring managers and other members of the People team.
• Quickly develop sound understanding of the music industry and departments through thorough briefing meetings with managers as well as desk-based research.
• Take ownership of special projects which drive enhancements to our candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Represent WMG at external networking events and panel discussions, promoting employer brand.
• Schedule interviews and attend where necessary to provide support to hiring managers.
• Collaborate closely with the Early Careers team to support the execution of events for the Emerging Talent Associate Program and other early career development initiatives.

About you:
• Experience in a full-cycle recruitment role with demonstrable experience of developing and executing innovative search techniques, using LinkedIn, social media and other tools to identify candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to develop practical and creative sourcing plans which deliver results.
• Fluency in social media, networking platforms and internet search to generate prospects.
• Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, you are confident communicating at all levels both internally and externally.
• Ability to quickly build strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
• First class organizational skills with experience of handling multiples priorities simultaneously; ability to effectively prioritise and work quickly.
• Flexible approach and ready to adapt to changing demands.
• Experience working with an ATS (ideally Workday).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

We'd love it if you also had:
• Experience working within the music or media industry, although certainly not essential.

Salary Range

$80,000 to $90,000

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
