Your role:

The Warner Music Experience Digital Finance team manages the Digital revenue ingestion and recognition processes for WMG.

As a member of the WMX Digital Finance team, you will partner with the Labels, Corporate, Accounting, A/R, A/P, Business Development, Legal and Tax to build, evolve and oversee digital processes that ensure timely and accurate reporting of digital and new businesses data. Primary responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Here you'll get to:
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of digital revenue and provide detailed commentary for variances against budgets and forecasts
• Work with the accounting policy team to establish revenue recognition and ensure policy is appropriately applied to digital revenue
• Lead cross department and/or affiliate meetings to coordinate operational efforts, resolve high priority issues, and help create common awareness of new deal models
• Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including Corporate, RM Finance and Label Finance
• Support and participate in various priority digital and WMX business projects creating sustainable processes, assisting with management of follow up items and creating process documentation
• Provide support for financial audits and other regulatory compliance needs; implement internal controls and risk management procedures
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis

• You have outstanding organization and follow-up skills

We'd love it if you also had:
• 6+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or audit role
• Proficient knowledge of GAAP and related financial reporting requirements and standards
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present analysis, recommendations, and complex financial concepts to audiences at all levels of the organization
• Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to use data to tell an effective and accurate story
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Salary Range
$110,000 to $115,000 Annually

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
