We are an integral part of the label's strategy, maximizing global, regional, and local opportunities across all departments for both our developing and established artists.
Your role:
You will be responsible for building a global strategy and managing your own roster of both top-tier and developing artists. You will create and execute marketing plans outside of the US, with targets per project and steps to achieve them. You will be the artists' gateway to the rest of the world, encompassing communication and reporting to the artist teams and other key stakeholders, international promotion, and representation within WMG affiliate teams. • Work directly with artists and their management teams to align on a global vision. Serve as a professional and high-energy representative for Warner Records, building strong relationships with international partners and affiliates.
• Monitor and analyze global market trends, streaming data, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for artist development and audience expansion. Use data-driven insights to inform campaign optimizations and future strategies.
• Oversee and manage international marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive impactful campaigns and achieve key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with creative and digital teams to develop and disseminate key marketing assets, including press materials, social content, and promotional tools, ensuring they resonate with diverse international audiences.
• Initiate and coordinate all international press and promotional activities, including media interviews, TV performances, and promotional tours, in partnership with local teams.
About you:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience in international music marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing and launching global campaigns for a diverse roster of artists.

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, balance high-level planning with hands-on execution, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
