Job Title: Production Assistant, Creative
A little bit about our team:
The Creative Team at Atlantic Music Group brings artists' visions to life through innovative and compelling creative work. We design and produce everything from music videos and photography to branding, merchandise, touring visuals, and cutting-edge immersive campaign experiences. Operating with an agency-like approach, we combine strategic thinking, creative resources, and a forward-looking mindset to explore new ways of storytelling, push boundaries, and deliver culture-defining moments. Every project is an opportunity to craft a cohesive, authentic visual identity that reflects the individuality of our artists, allowing them to connect deeply with their audiences. By combining visionary thinking, creative strategy, and technical expertise, our team thrives on curating experiences that extend beyond music, shaping how artists are seen, heard, and remembered.
Your role:
As Production Assistant, Creative, you'll assist in ensuring shoots run smoothly by managing logistics, supporting our team, and keeping all production components - from budget actualizing to post-production wrap - on track. You'll provide operational support across video and photo productions, handling the key details that bring creative ideas to life. This role supports both artist-facing and executive-facing needs, requiring strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You'll play a key part in helping the Creative Team execute innovative, high-quality work that pushes boundaries and delivers impact.
Here you'll get to:
• Assist on commissioned shoots, managing logistics and ensuring creative is executed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
• Coordinate artist and executive travel, itineraries, and related expenses.
• Coordinate production insurance and vendor setup for shoots.
• Track budgets, submit invoices, adjust purchase orders, and support finance-related production tasks.
• Organize production details including budgets, treatments, shoot dates, artist costs, and deliverables
• Support post-production by tracking review links, download requests, and final asset delivery.
• Contribute to the creative process, helping develop the visual language that defines our artists.
• Discover, maintain, and collaborate with photographers, stylists, designers, and other creative talent.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and artist sessions, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, artist-focused environment.
About you:
• You thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and enjoy being part of the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps things moving.
• You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize, while managing multiple deadlines.
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills, expressing your ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• You're excited by music, creativity, and supporting talent at the highest level.
• You're proactive, adaptable, and understand that every task - big or small - contributes to the team's success.
• You are an excellent listener, self-starter, and able to anticipate needs while solving problems quickly.
We'd love it if you also had:
• A working knowledge of production and post-production workflows, formats, and best practices.
• Experience managing vendor communications, travel coordination, and budgeting.
• The ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and support across a variety of project types.
• A desire to grow and expand within a creative team that values initiative and trust.
