Job Title: PMO Coordinator
A little bit about our team:
The PMO coordinator role reports into Global PMO Office, oversees the administration needs of projects and programs to support overall governance and effective performance management. This role is located in our NYC office.
Your role:
• Coordinating the compilation of project management reports
• Closely work with the program manager and project managers to provide project management support
• Works closely with the PMO team to provide project management support/guidance on established processes
• Create PowerPoint and Visio documentation to facilitate understanding of complex project issues to document project or process flows
• Manage and document the approval process
• Facilitate weekly meeting, publish action items/minutes, update/manage open items to completion
• SharePoint Admin, Folder/site creation and maintenance, manage per missioning
• Onboard/offboard consultants, submit tickets for account extension, facilitate initial onboarding credentials with new hires
• Provide Project Central support for the PMO including new project set up, security role changes, documentation management
• Coordinate project resource changes, including space, equipment, and update of project documentation (team lists, organization charts)
• Assist in identifying changes required to the matrix
• Performs other duties as assigned
About you:
• 5+ years of experience in a role as PMO coordinator or project manager
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project and ability to complete MS Excel formulas for Finance
• Data driven, strong analytical skills and ability to talk through the data
• Demonstrated success supporting execution at the program and portfolio levels
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely using presentations and verbal or written means
• Ability to apply critical thinking to understand and solve portfolio challenges
• Sense of ownership and urgency for task and initiatives
• Strong collaboration skills, situational flexibility, and ability to work well in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Effective October 1st, this position will require being in the NYC office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.
Salary Range
$38.46 to $41.02 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
