Job Description
Job Title: Manager, Tour Marketing Operations & Ticketing
A little bit about our team:
The Marketing and Label Operations team, positioned at the intersection of marketing and finance, works across Atlantic Music Group (AMG). The role specifically services the Atlantic Urban and 300 Entertainment label(s) as a vital component to the day-to-day workflow.
Operating behind the scenes in a creative community, this team supports, from a business perspective, all areas of marketing including, but not limited to: radio promotion, video production, vendor management, touring and ticketing, and WMG's Procure-to-Pay process (PtP). In addition, the team manages all travel and entertainment processes and related budgets across all labels.
Your role:
As the Manager of Ticketing, you are the driving force behind AMG's live event execution. You'll manage all label ticket buys, guest lists, and VIP logistics for AMG artists on tour in the U.S - from organizing internal ticket requests to coordinating executive access at shows. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where no two days are the same. If you're passionate about live music, love being the person everyone counts on, and thrive on keeping chaos organized, this is where you belong.
Here you'll get to:
• Manage all US label ticket buys and guest list operations for AMG artist tours.
• Work directly with artist management, agents, promoters, and venue reps to secure ticket holds, pricing, and access across markets.
• Create detailed buy budgets for internal ticket requests in collaboration with product managers and marketing operations.
• Submit and manage guest lists, as well as transfer digital tickets via platforms like AXS, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, and Dice.fm.
• Coordinate credentials and ensure AMG executives and VIPs have a seamless experience at shows.
• Attend select shows or build plans to deliver white-glove on-site execution for executives and guests.
• Maintain AMG's internal tour tracking systems, including the Festival Tracker and Master Touring Sheet.
• Reconcile expenses and submit ticketing reports using Concur.
• Build trusted relationships with tour managers, promoters, agents, and box offices.
About you:
• You have 2+ years of experience in ticketing, live events, or tour operations.
• You enjoy owning your domain and working independently while staying aligned with broader team goals.
• You have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - juggling dozens of shows and moving parts comes naturally to you.
• You are collaborative, communicative, and capable of building strong relationships across all levels.
• You are passionate about live music and understand the importance of getting the small things right.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight timelines.
We'd love it if you also had:
• Experience using ticketing platforms like Ticketmaster, Account Manager, AXS, SeatGeek, Dice.fm, or similar.
• Familiarity with Concur or other expense tracking tools.
• On-site show experience, especially involving Credential/VIP logistics or executive support.
• A working knowledge of the touring ecosystem, from venues and promoters to artist teams.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
