Job Title: Manager, People Team, Global Finance

The People team at Warner Music Group is central to attracting, retaining, and developing exceptional talent to drive success. They design and implement People programs across various areas and partner with the business on key initiatives. The team is passionate, strives for improvement, and supports colleagues.
We're looking for a creative, curious, and commercially-minded People Partner to support our Global Finance People Team. This generalist role supports US client groups of 300+ employees, acting as a trusted operational partner to local management and employees. The role collaborates with specialist teams to deliver initiatives and enhance the employee experience, leveraging cultural curiosity for innovative and pragmatic solutions.
Here you'll get to:
• Provide consultative and operational people partner support to the Finance organization, acting as the first point of contact to employees, escalating the most complex issues to senior leaders
• Partner with wider people team to drive transformation and organizational change in global finance
• Execute established workforce plans and collaborate with leadership to implement standardized talent and development programs
• Enabling People Team deliverables such as: Performance & Talent Planning, Immigration Support, Leaves of Absences, and other special programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely and effective hiring for open positions
• Handle routine and moderately complex employee relations issues and support senior leaders on formal investigations by gathering facts and documentation.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and development planning.
• Support team coordinator to ensure onboarding and offboarding actions are undertaken to our high standards, including and not limited to: owning transacting in Workday HCM; delivering orientation and supporting compliance actions e.g. I-9 verification; conducting exit interviews and processing terminations
• Act as a trusted colleague supporting sensitive and confidential matters while engaging with all levels of employees
About you:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, and HR business partner preferred
• Experience supporting small-to-medium scale organizational changes or departmental restructuring
• Experience working with leadership (Manager, Director level)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• You have high emotional intelligence, and exercise sound judgment when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
• You must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different personalities
• You must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

This position will require being in the office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and
building strong relationships.
Salary Range
$90,000 to $115,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
