Job Title: ERG Coordinator

A little bit about our team:

As part of WMG's commitment to equity we are expanding our Global DEI team to accelerate our strategic implementation required to create a strong culture of belonging at WMG and become the most inclusive company in the music industry. Global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have and will increasingly be integral to advancing DEI strategies, requiring a dedicated ERG role to coordinate planning and implementation activities across all ERGs.

Interact with highly engaged and passionate ERGs that represent a wide range of WMG employee groups. Take the lead coordinating the administrative activities of WMG's 11 global ERG umbrella groups and related 38 global chapters. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for the ERG infrastructure to ensure timely updates, provide budget guidance, onboard ERGs, facilitate program planning and umbrella group meeting planning, and oversee ERG development initiatives to optimize ERG engagement and outcomes.

Here you'll get to:
• Serve as the ERG liaison for the Global DEI team to ensure alignment and integration of ERG planning and implementation with GDEI strategies.
• Act as the primary ERG point of contact to coordinate administrative tasks, provide input on programming events and initiatives, answer questions and triage ERG questions.
• Have oversight of the yearly ERG budget and spend by tracking expenses against budget, reconciling variances as required, coordinating quarterly budget reviews and summarizing year end spending.
• Build relationships with ERG executive sponsors and other key stakeholders to maintain open lines of communication and cultivate commitment and advocacy.
• Facilitate the partnership between Communications and DEI to produce global ERG events, ensuring timely and efficient planning
• Maintain processes and systems that facilitate timely input of ERG activities, updating of the global calendar, enhanced messaging on the DEI Hub and regular highlighting of ERG events.
• Manage and enhance the ERG membership database and performance scorecard to provide relevant data, analysis, and recommendations for ongoing ERG enhancements.
• Plan, execute and host bi-annual ERG Forums to exchange ideas, foster creativity and celebrate accomplishments.
• Partner with the L&D team to develop an ERG curriculum to include team chartering, ERG leadership skills and development of member capabilities
• Onboard new ERGs, ERG leaders and Executive Sponsors.
• Partner with the GDEI team to develop and organize for yearly ERG awards.
• Ongoing research and networking with external ERG coordinators to identify leading practices to optimize ERG impact.

About you:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A./B. S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education, and experience.
• 2+ years' experience as a diversity and inclusion practitioner with demonstrated business results working with employee networks.
• Demonstrates awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity with a focus on intersectionality: cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, educational, age, sexual orientation and other differences that make us unique.
• Fosters teamwork and collaboration across a wide range of teams.
• Manages conflict and solves problems effectively.
• Forward-thinking, detailed-oriented, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information.
• Works across different functions and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience engaging with senior leaders
• Familiar with data collection, analysis and communicating insights
