Job title: Director, VIP Ticketing & Experiences
Your role:
The Director, VIP Ticketing & Experiences will be responsible for developing, selling, and executing VIP ticketing programs across a roster of artists. This role owns the full lifecycle of VIP experiences, from concepting and pricing to execution and settlement, ensuring each program is both commercially successful and aligned with the artist's vision.
This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with artists, managers, agents, and internal teams to build premium fan experiences that drive revenue and deepen fan engagement.
Here you'll get to:
• Concept and develop VIP ticketing packages tailored to each artist and tour
• Own the P&L for VIP programs, including pricing strategy, forecasting
• Lead artist and management conversations to pitch, refine, and approve VIP offerings
• Design fan experiences that are operationally feasible and aligned with artist expectations
• Oversee execution planning, ensuring all VIP elements are clearly defined and delivered
• Provide ongoing ticketing updates, performance tracking, and sales reporting
• Manage financial settlements for shows in coordination with finance and tour teams
• Partner closely with tour logistics to ensure seamless on-site execution
• Coordinate across internal teams including production, creative, and operations to bring programs to life
About you:
• You are both strategic and detail-oriented, able to move from big-picture concepting to on-the-ground execution
• You are comfortable owning financial outcomes and making decisions that impact profitability
• You are confident working directly with artists, managers, and agents
• You understand the pace and complexity of live touring environments
• You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tours and timelines simultaneously
• You have experience in VIP ticketing and experiences
We'd love it if you also had:
• 7+ years of experience in VIP ticketing, touring, live events, or experiential programs
• Strong understanding of ticketing platforms and tour operations
• Experience building and managing P&Ls
• Familiarity with settlement processes for live events
• Existing relationships with artist teams, managers, or agencies

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships. #LI-Onsite Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
