Job Title: Creative Services Manager, Warner Music Latina

A little bit about our team:
Our Marketing Services team is responsible for implementing marketing strategies that are locally relevant. It operates continuously to redefine marketing best practices, whether it be experimenting with new formats and technologies, or reworking old practices. This team partners with internal and external groups to develop best-of-class creative campaigns and high-impact advertising campaigns on a regional level. This team also works closely with our Regional Marketing Services office to guarantee continuous improvement, training, and alignment.

Your role:

As Creative Services Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and promotional materials for our artists. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our artists' brand and creative vision are effectively communicated to the audience. This position requires a blend of creative expertise, project management skills, and a passion for music. This role reports directly to the Marketing Services Director and is based out of Miami, FL.

Here you'll get to:
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to meet project requirements.
• Maintain a pulse on industry trends and best practices in design and visual communication.
• Bring out of the box ideas and assist with the execution of those ideas.
• Work closely with label managers, A&R, artists, and management to develop and enhance the artist's visual brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across various platforms.
• Work closely with marketing, A&R, and other departments to develop comprehensive creative briefs.
• Provide creative direction for promotional materials, merch, visual content and other artwork.
• Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to execute creative concepts.

About you:
• 3+ years' professional experience in the digital marketing and/or creative space, with a focus on content creation.
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• An in-depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies and digital music services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in a creative role within the music or entertainment industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and successful campaigns.
• Passion for music and a deep understanding of various music genres.
• Solution-based mentality with a willingness to learn.

We'd love it if you also had:
• A broad understanding and appreciation of music genres as well as awareness of trending other entertainment industry sectors – film, TV, tech, gaming, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.

Salary Range

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
