A little bit about our team:
Warner Music Latina's Marketing Services team is responsible for executing marketing strategies that are locally relevant, operationally efficient, and scalable across US Latin markets. We partner with Artist Relations & Strategy, Digital, Global Marketing, and external vendors to implement campaigns, manage budgets, track performance, and continuously improve marketing processes using new technologies and tools.
Your role:
The Marketing Services Manager will support the operational execution of Warner Music Latina's artist marketing campaigns. This role focuses on campaign logistics, workflow management, budget oversight, reporting, and tech-enabled process improvement, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and supported by data-driven insights.
Here you'll get to:
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across US Latin markets, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and campaign logistics run smoothly.
• Assist in the production and adaptation of campaign assets, leveraging creative tools and AI to increase output and maintain brand consistency.
• Partner with Artist Relations to coordinate asset planning, release schedules, and cross-team campaign readiness.
• Manage campaign setup tasks including pre-saves, Linkfire links, whitelist requests, CRM updates, and influencer/paid media tracking, with a focus on automating repetitive workflows to increase speed and accuracy.
• Monitor marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and PO processing in collaboration with Finance.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards, using data tools to provide actionable insights and trends to internal teams.
• Continuously evaluate current workflows to identify opportunities for tool integration and administrative automation.
• Create, develop, and optimize paid media campaigns across META, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms.
• Create and optimize artist-specific audience segments across paid media platforms.
• Execute TV, streaming, Spotify Ads, and programmatic campaigns across the US market.
About you:
• 2–3+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or project support-preferably in music, media, or entertainment.
• Highly proficient in using digital tools and emerging AI technologies to automate administrative tasks, scale content, and simplify reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM data, and DSP reporting platforms.
• Curious about AI tools and its applications
We'd love it if you also had:
• Experience using project-management tools (Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
• A broad understanding and appreciation of music genres as well as awareness of trending other entertainment industry sectors – film, TV, tech, gaming, etc.

Salary Range:
