A little bit about our team:
The WMG Global Commercial Services team maximizes WMG revenue and market share, leading through best practices, platform expertise and forward thinking solutions that support our recorded music strategy
Your role:
This role is central to supporting the fast-paced and expansive work of the Global Commercial services team and ensuring efficient communication, coordination, process management and business continuity across all team functions.
Here you'll get to:
• Be challenged daily with new topics and projects
• Think on your feet and work independently
• Collaborate with a global team to complete projects big and small
• Develop and design team presentation templates in line with branding guidelines
• Manage calendars and travel for head of department and other senior team members as needed
• Coordinate schedules and logistics for recurring industry events/conferences
• Manage distribution lists and Google spaces for team/intracompany communications
• Coordinate with C-level EAs for cross-functional meetings and events
• Submit, track, & maintain expense reports and related budgets
• Coordinate internal process with people team for ETAs for the department
• Manage internal knowledge base Google site and support team in creation/uploading of materials
• Develop trackers and documents on initiatives such as OKRs, partner process, and best practices
• Be a central point of contact on team initiatives requiring our expertise and input
• Assist in development of presentation materials for internal and external meetings

• Proven organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently
• Can Develop documents and sites within Google suite with ease
• Adaptable and able to learn new tools easily
• Goal-oriented and flexible team player
We'd love it if you also had:
• College degree preferred
• 2-4 years' professional experience
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly; commitment to excellence and self-improvement
• Ability to communicate clearly and identify issues, without being prompted to do so

Salary Range: $25.00 to $30.00 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
