Job Title: Coordinator, Digital Specialty Products

A little bit about our team:

The Digital Specialty Products Team is focused on global operational support for Content Matching/User Generated Content Accounts for both Audio and Video as well as Short and Long Form Video and other configurations. We are consistently tasked with developing efficient, operational solutions for all non-standard products, new formats, and new accounts with innovative business models. You will work with a variety of teams such as, Digital Operations, Production Teams, Content Protection, Account Teams, Internal Operations, WEA Studios, Label Digital Marketing, Label Video Departments, Video vendors, Data Entry Teams, Global affiliates and IT. This role is operationally responsible for all content matching/ fingerprint accounts globally.

Your role:

The Digital Specialty Products Coordinator's primary focus is on Music Video and Art Track releases across all digital platforms for assigned labels. This position will also support the Warner Music Entertainment that is focused on releasing feature films, documentaries, and TV shows. This role falls under the Digital Specialty Products Team who is responsible for UGC/Fingerprint operational account management, Long Form Video Production, YouTube Video Claiming, Global Video Compliance, and Ring Tones production among other ad hoc tasks. This team operates in a fast paced, exciting environment, that is always evolving and changing depending on our business and industry needs.

Here you'll get to:
• Create and deliver catalog & new release art tracks for YouTube on a weekly basis for all WMG labels.
• Track and report on art track creation and delivery.
• Responsible for delivery of new video single releases to digital partners for Warner Records & Nonesuch.
• Coordinate & track video products between label departments (Video Promotion, Marketing, Sales, A&R Admin and Digital Marketing) and Release Operations scheduling teams for Warner Records & Nonesuch.
• Create and distribute weekly reporting on video product status including outstanding deliverables and delivery confirmation.
• Responsible for delivery of Long Form video formats including movies, concert films, TV, and/or other video specialty products for Warner Records, Nonesuch, Rhino, Warner Nashville, Atlantic, FBR, & Roadrunner.
• Ad hoc support for Long Form Video commercial teams.
• Assist Warner Music Entertainment Division with post production and distribution for Documentaries, Feature Films, and TV Shows including but not limited to:
• Gathering all master, promotional, and art assets.
• Coordinating with and recommending vendors as needed.
• Execute on direction from WME sales team.
• Responsible for maintaining an understanding of and adherence to delivery deadlines, daily packaging, and delivery timelines for all video products types.
• Attend and participate in Warner Records and Nonesuch label production meetings.
• Responsible for YouTube Video Claiming for: Warner Records, Nonesuch, Rhino, Warner Music Nashville, Atlantic West Coast, and international affiliate support as needed.
• Assist with YouTube Channel on and off-boarding across all of WMG.
• Assist Digital Specialty Products, Production, and Digital Account Teams with projects and troubleshooting as needed.
• Assist in drafting application and process user guides for distribution across the company.
• Participate in proprietary application development in collaboration with Global Technology to optimize WMG internal applications.
• Participate in weekly meeting with WMX and YouTube operations teams.

Salary Range
$20.00- $25.56 Hourly

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
