Your role:
This role will create, edit, and produce video, graphics, and animation content for 10K Projects artists and various digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of non-linear editing software, a collaborative spirit, and passion for crafting social content. Handling and assisting on managing social media for the 10K Projects roster wide.

Here you'll get to:
• Assist in the creation of groundbreaking social video content
• Edit content delivered by artists into impactful social content
• Assemble music video cutdowns
• Produce pre-roll, ad, and live content cut downs
• Edit video social posts for artists
• Gain expert level knowledge of content formats across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.
• Assist in the creation of short form digital marketing content to support our artists and releases
• Help the team with strategizing and and creating content to post all official 10K Projects social channels including TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook
• Assist with quick design tasks such as text changes or image resizing
• Monitor, identify, and flag trending moments or possible issues on social platforms
• Organize and archive assets
• Attend and assist at various music video, photo, content shoots
• Assist with various administrative duties such as booking meetings, etc.

About you:
• 1-2+ years of experience in digital and social content editing
• Full knowledge of Final Cut Pro Studio and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier) on the mac operating system
• Acute attention to detail and organization
• Outstanding verbal and written communicator
• Excellent problem solver and self-starter
• Outstanding time management skills
• Ability to work optimally under pressure and balance multiple priorities
• Expertise in social media content strategy with a passion for fan-focused digital strategies

We'd love it if you also had:
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premier
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram Reels, etc.
• Experience working with artists and managers directly

Salary Range
$16.78 to $25.00 Hourly

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
