A little bit about our team:

Ad Operations teams play a pivotal role in all advertiser-driven digital campaigns across WMG YouTube and all WMG O&O digital advertising revenue-generated sites. This role will be integral in the ongoing operations of ad trafficking and performing regular maintenance of programmatic campaigns. This role will also benefit from collaboration, working closely with sales and other internal teams within WMX.

This role provides a unique experience for one to learn quickly about Digital Advertising properties of WMG, YouTube, and the digital industry at large. You'll play an integral part in servicing a growing global revenue stream for the company.

Here you'll get to:
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices including audience targeting and new product offerings.
• Setup PMP, Preferred, and Programmatic Guaranteed Campaigns in Google Ad Manager.
• Liaise with our Header Bidder partners for both Display and Video.
• Run daily reports on remnant revenue for all of our owned & operated sites/ publishers.
• Run pre-sale inventory requests and forecasting.
• Become a resource on our site specs and product offerings.
• Complete Monthly Programmatic Revenue Reports.
• Learn to make independent decisions about campaign set up and management to ensure campaign success.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• BA/BS required in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred.
• 2 years experience in digital advertising, publisher side - programmatic
• Confidence in leading client conversations.
• Experience with Order Management Systems (Boostr, Operative One, Salesforce) and Ad Server technology (Google Ad Manager, Google Campaign Manager, etc.)
• Familiarity with ad tech platforms (ADX, DV360, GAM, TTD)
• Understanding of Yield Management
• Technical background; knowledge of basic programing languages (HTML, JavaScript)
