The Job

As a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition you will lead the Talent Acquisition LATAM team, utilizing your expertise in recruiting to partner closely with HR Business Partners, Business Leadership and other stakeholders to identify the best talent at all levels.

The Daily
• Develop and establish recruiting strategies and processes aligned with business objectives and company goals.
• Build and maintain proactive partnerships with all client groups in order to better understand their business, managing their staffing needs and issues, and offer ideas, solutions and tools.
• Drive recruiting strategies that continually replenish candidate pipelines based on market conditions and current and projected engagements/needs.
• Execute creative recruitment and sourcing activities including, but not limited to: direct sourcing, industry networking, Internet-based and social media recruiting, vendor management, diversity, and outreach to appropriate industry organizations.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors to attract the best talent at all levels.
• Work closely with the Early Careers function to ensure that the appropriate initiatives and programmes are being developed and run for the LATAM region.
• Liaise with Operations to ensure that a superior candidate experience reflective of our values is being adhered to within your business functions.
• Work closely with HR Business stakeholders to succession plan and put in place recruitment strategies for future talent.
• Work closely with Ops to understand metrics and present these to relevant stakeholders.
• Champion internal mobility by working closely with business functions to advise on cross company talent.

The Essentials
• Solid experience and expertise as a talent advisor working closely with hiring managers, HR, and other applicable stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills in managing/developing direct reports and/or mentoring team members.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing recruiting strategies that yield hiring results.
• Must be a self-starter and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong professional demeanor using good judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrates an appreciation for process and passion for identifying top talent while partnering with a collaborative team and driving results.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a strong business acumen and an ability to cultivate and manage effective relationships with a wide range of individuals across the organization.
• Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment, and immigration laws and/or government compliance regulations as it relates to recruitment and hiring.
• Demonstrated knowledge and comfort with technology and social media applications including LinkedIn.
