Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

New Release & Catalog Release titles for clients
• Monitor Product Schedule updates; coordinate title addition to local digital clients, liaising with London marketing team and local Asia clients as required
• Ensure all the necessary release and promotional information for the maximizing WM titles are being shared to the digital partners
• Maintaining an updated Catalog Database
• Closely monitoring any windowing change with regard to HBO early access strategy and work with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth roll out of the title

Sales Analysis & Forecasting Function
• Core analytical function to track, consolidate and interpret sales data, find patterns and future opportunity to work with existing clients:
− Tracking of contract expiry & renewal for all licensees
− Tracking of invoicing & payment of all licensees
− Tracking of monthly royalty report submission from all licensees
− Tracking of video licensees inventory report uploading
• Perform detailed per client level by title and by monthly forecast according to our release strategy and preparing periodic annual and reforecasting file for Finance team
• Keep up to date with relevant industry news, including studio activities, WM titles' performances, relevant technology and market trends in order to assist the team in updating all market intelligence
Operation
• Troubleshoot operational issues and liaise with Technical Operations and Metadata teams at Burbank offices to ensure timely title publishing for SEA clients
• Coordinate with Tech Ops on material requests & supply chain set up for digital clients
• Liaison with Anti-piracy team and report on piracy issues and censorship requirements in the region

• Assist any new or existing clients in terms of aspects with regard to assets supply, on boarding, marketing approvals, etc.
Office Administration & Support
• Full spectrum of administrative support to the team:
- Executive travel arrangement
- Prepare travel requisitions and T&E reports
- Schedule and organize meetings and conference calls
• Logistics, venue and travel arrangements, invitations and RSVPs for key client events
• Provide general ad-hoc day-to-day support as and when required

Requirements:
• Degree Holder in business administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 to 7 years experiences in sales operation & content distribution roles in related companies which has dealt with Studio
• Essential requirement: passion for film and emerging technologies, including being on top of the latest news and developments
• Experience with licensing, content distribution industry is an advantage

Knowledge/Skills
• Must be able to organize and prioritize work, prepare and present written and oral sales reports and presentations
• Ability to identify and articulate priorities and to identify /solve problems or process improvements
• Clear/concise communication skills (oral and written). Able to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally
• Capable of creating and delivering powerful and high-quality presentations for both internal and external meetings
• Computer literacy mandatory, with excellent Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese input skills being essential
• Excellent attention to detail, good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good business and analytical skills
• High interest in technological developments in the digital space
• Proactive with excellent organization skills
• Ability to take initiative, work pro-actively with limited supervision in a pressured environment
• Must possess high integrity to maintain confidentiality at all times regarding confidential and business information obtained by virtue of the post.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating changes in scope and schedule to all parties concerned.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, occasional travel when necessary
