• Maintain studio supplies and carry out weekly orders, monitoring incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Organise and submit expense reports for Office Management purchases and invoices, for processing by Finance team
• Organising catering on a regular basis for small meetings, ad-hoc requests, and wider studio events for over 200+ people with varied requirements
• Help arrange and facilitate studio events, celebrations and incentives
• Screening general inquiries to the studio and forwarding to the relevant persons where appropriate

• Experience processing and coordinating business expenses and business travel arrangements
• Fully comfortable with Email, Microsoft Office package, and communication tools like Slack

• Experience in Front of House in a multi-cultural environment, with a diverse range of individual requirements and accommodations
• Experience working with high-profile talent in the media & entertainment industry
• Experience using Concur for Travel & Expenses
• Passion for the Games Industry
If you do not meet all the requirements, but after reading through the description you feel excited about the position, and believe you'd still be a great fit for the role we'd still love to hear from you!
