Job Description
The role involves programming and planning for all WarnerMedia Kids Channels, non-linear and digital services in Africa and Israel (including Cartoon Network, Boomerang and Boing).
• Participate and assist the Programming Manager in building monthly and weekly grids in line with ratings and marketing objectives, and following research results (ratings reports, competition analysis, qualitative research)
• Participate and assist the Programming Manager in scheduling non-linear content offers (SVOD & catch-up)
• Prepare monthly programming highlights and define regular stunts / special programming events to animate the feeds and drive ratings
• Produce the editorial part of the briefs for the on-air promotions and campaigns
• Handle monthly planning of content (episodes) into the programming software, manage transmission enquiries, Ensure good communication of program schedules (EPG)
• Follow and coordinate the workflow with Operations team (material list to be ordered and follow-up)
• Play a central role in coordinating information with presentation, creative agency, marketing, digital and distribution teams, coordinate local and central programming initiatives
• Participate to regular analyses of competition channels strategy and sharing sessions with the team
• Fluent in English
• Solid experience in programming/presentation for Linear/non linear Channels
• Detail orientated
