House of Max is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Production Manager looking to be part of the future of brand storytelling. The desired candidate excels in organization and multi-tasking and is looking to continue building their career in Production Management. They will support a studio team whose goal is to create deep emotional connections with consumers and drive meaningful revenue for the WarnerMedia Entertainment properties including HBO Max AVOD, TBS, TNT, True TV, Adult Swim, and WM Kids and Family.

The position involves various functions from pre-production to wrap on multiple types of projects, as well as some general office coordination. The right candidate is extremely organized with superb time management skills so they can multi-task and handle logistics in a fast paced environment. They are able to communicate clearly and professionally and are able to work independently to problem solve with a can do attitude. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in Production Management and with handling vendor paperwork (i.e. invoices, COI's, expense reconciliation) They have professional judgment for handling confidential information and familiarity with all aspects of Production to facilitate effective communication.

They must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment . They have a deep knowledge of social channels, digital entertainment, and the world of social media influencers. Linear experience is a plus.

This person will ideally be based in LA, will report to the Associate Director of Production / Line Producer, and will need to support the Production team. They will process Production related paperwork (from payroll to agreements), procure / maintain production gear, and manage production assistants.

The Essentials
• Assisting in all stages of Pre-Production through Wrap working closely with in house Production and Activation Teams
• Obtaining all necessary permits for Production shoots
• Helping to build out a diverse database of Production vendors and maintaining relationships with pre-existing vendors
• Tracking Production expenses and reconciling receipts on tight deadlines
• Hiring and Managing of Production Assistants
• At times, driving the Production Van for shoots and/or gear dropoffs
• Overseeing gear checkout for Production shoots and ensuring equipment is in good working order
• Coordinating and brainstorming team building events
• Maintaining and organizing Production documents (i.e. Dropbox, G-drive folders)
• Processing start paperwork and timecards with payroll company
• Collecting vendor agreements and collaborating with Insurance and Legal Depts to obtain COI's and executed agreements
• Ensuring vendor payments are processed on time and costs are properly tracked
• Creation of Production Calendars per project as well as team master calendar

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a valid state issued driver's license and are comfortable driving a normal sized sprinter van
• Basic camera knowledge and familiarity with shooting photos and social media content a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and good management skills
• History of developing and maintaining production schedules and asset database
• Able to manage multiple projects and extremely tight deadlines in a high-paced environment
• Must be a self-starter and a strong problem solver
• Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
