Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and lead a large team of People Partners who support multiple Business Units
• Act as consultant and advisor to the businesses and Talent Leaders
• Work closely with the business leaders in APAC region to develop a people approach that aligns to and supports the overall Intl/BU talent strategy. Anticipate organizational and talent needs while managing a rapidly changing market and competitive landscape, supporting strategic priorities and shaping the culture and direction of the organization. Tackle the most pressing talent opportunities and challenges
• Build the connective tissue across all HR functions and provide data that helps inform HR strategies
• Proactively manage and prioritize the work to support business needs and HR strategies/objectives
• Develop strong working relationships with HR Talent Leaders, COE Leads, and Business Leaders while acting as their liaison to the larger People Partner team. Leverage these relationships to identify areas within the business that are faced with organizational health challenges directly related to business objectives
• Inform the overall Global Talent strategies for home office business units and also ensure they are executed against locally in APAC
• Advise Talent Leaders on talent trends to ensure proactive solutions
• Lead People Partners the day-to-day aspects of HR including, but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, compensation, internal mobility, staff retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount and position management, talent and team development and compliance, working closely with Talent Leaders, COEs, HRS, ER and Legal as required. Provides guidance, coaching and counselling to employees. Will participate in various projects or enterprise-wide initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Have a broad understanding of the businesses across WarnerMedia and demonstrating a wide range of HR, critical thinking and business advisory skills
• Trusted partner and collaborator who can build strong relationships
• Ability to communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, display strong leadership and vision
• Ability to adapt quickly to a competitive and changing business landscape
• Seasoned HR executive that can pull from a variety of backgrounds including HRBP, OD, strategic HR, COEs or the business
• Exceptional stake holder management skills
• Exceptional people management and leadership capability with team and across function
• Proven HR or related experience in large complex organization or unique skills needed by the company
• Proven HR or related experience in a multinational business and regulatory environment
• Make self highly visible and role model exceptional leadership
