Newsource Writer/Producer, Money Matters (Temporary)

The Job
A Newsource Writer/Producer of Money Matters must be skilled in crafting broadcast ready scripts that are accurate and conversational.

The Daily

This person is expected to write a variety of business and consumer scripts for the CNN Newsource Money Matters product.
• High performing Writer/Producers will also be expected to produce the live business reports from NASDAQ.
• The ideal candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service to the Money Matters' affiliates and collaborate well with the anchor.

The Essentials
Requirements for this position include:
• 2 years or more producing experience
• 3-5 years total news experience.
• Experience with writing for business news is preferred.
• Creative written and oral skills are also essential, as well as strong organizational skills and flexibility.
• A college bachelor's degree is also required.
