This person will work heavily with all internal partners by tracking the status of all content for all WM platforms which include HBO MAX domestic, LatAm, Europe and Asia, TNT, TBS, truTV, Cartoon Network, Boomerang, TCM and HBO.

This person will be responsible for ordering, onboarding and tracking of all content coming into the Global Media Supply Chain. They will work closely with brand partners, distributers, and production companies to acquire the content. They will create orders for QC and track all content through the supply chain while keeping a constant eye on the on-air timing. Will also monitor internal systems to ensure files are properly uploaded and act as a liaison between the QC, distributors, production houses and vendors when there are issues with the onboading process. Will provide backup support to the other members of the Content Services team when necessary and assist Supervisors/Manager with special projects or research.

The Daily
Ordering and Tracking inventory:

Placing orders in GMSC Order app and Monitoring of content coming in through CTR and ACD
• For all delivery portal content someone needs to create an order within the system for the QC staff to attach the file from the server (FHQ) to a specific title metadata.
• The order information includes file codec, frame rate, scan type, audio layout and languages or other non-primary tracks such as FX, Dialogue, Music etc. The info above will be attached to a specific internal ID that has metadata info such as program name, episode number, version, and primary language of that version.
• There is an important attention to detail that must be given during this process in order to make sure the correct file that was delivered is matched to the correct TITLE ID metadata. If that is done incorrectly the wrong content will air on multiple platforms which will cause major issues and cost revenue.
• Monitor the MMC ingest to see that content is delivering properly while troubleshooting possible validation errors including issues with the file delivery, manifest creation, and ID's. Work closely with providers and CSO supervisors to remedy issues and complete ingest in time for QC and QM creation.
• Maintain thorough and timely communication with our internal brand and platform clients to answer any questions or update them on any information regarding the status of all media going through our GMSC.
• Works closely with Quality Control Managers and Supervisors, Content Customization Managers and Supervisors, to ensure completion of all assets during QC or Editing. This function is critical, as it is the beginning of maintaining data integrity throughout the system to ensure that the correct content get to air and to multiple platforms.
• Follow-up on close-to-air/launch and overdue deliveries.
• Triage with technical support, QC managers/supervisors and Customization managers/supervisors on any delivery issues.
