Job Description
The HRS Senior Specialist is part of a team of International Employee Service Group, co-works with other HR business units. This role services professionals supporting the LATAM region. She / he is to partner closely with HR to understand and be aware of their objectives, priorities, activities to be able to support from an HRS point of view. She / he also partners with the CoEs and Legal, as it relates to non-repetitive, non-standardized tasks.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1. Employee Relations
Responds to HR inquiries
Receives and resolves escalations of unresolved matters
2. Processes
Perform sensitive HR transactions in WD
Executes non-standard and exception processes
Onboards/offboards Senior employees
Assists with reorganizations including position management
3. Advising
Advises HR in executing sensitive transactions
Partners with HR in providing analysis of HR Data and tracking transactional efficiency
Participates in HRS projects
Scope over all LATAM countries, +2500 employees to give support. Access to confidential information.
Job Requirements / Skills
Essential
1. At least 5 years of experience in the general field of HR
2. Fully professional level of English AND Portuguese
3. Demonstrated effectiveness working with contact center technology including but not limited to contact center tracking system and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – Workday knowledge preferred
4. Fluency in Microsoft Office
5. Solid knowledge of local labor laws, experience working with works councils / trade unions is preferred
6. Ability to manage, influence, partner, negotiate, effectively communicate through verbal and written methods
