WarnerMedia seeks an HR Project Manager & Data Lead, Sales & Distribution

The primary focus of this role will be to manage, execute across multiple projects and reporting needs for the HR function supporting the Sales and Distribution business. This role will be responsible for the development of processes to deliver on key HR reports and help the team manage against project timelines. The Project Manager will coordinate with HR team members across S&D to ensure plans are aligned and will identify interdependencies and process efficiencies across the HR team. Successful candidates will be comfortable with collaboration across business groups, is experienced with working with data across multiple sources, is responsive and flexible, and will need to be confident to identify and develop improved processes.

The Daily
• Develop and implement processes centered on capturing and reporting key HR metrics for the business, partnering with HR Services (Workforce Analytics) to develop dashboard reporting
• Support reporting requested for all of S&D, creating aggregate views and data summaries at the org and team levels
• Support Quarterly Ops Reviews and continue to encourage consistency across groups for Tony/Jason and the LT (S+D, Ad Sales, Network Distribution, Content Sales)
• Monthly HR projects and activities tracking and coordination across people pillar initiatives
• Manage calendar for key project meetings and events; support Talent Leaders with calendar management
• Work with HR colleagues to help stay focused on key dates and ensure we meet deadlines on time
• Support the team with managing efforts associated with enterprise programs that will be rolled out; partner with the Strategy & Operations leadCreating and updating decks

The Essentials
• Expert Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in Workday is a plus
• Experience with resource/position management, forecasting, reporting and data management
• Experience in a matrixed org, working with HR teams (including Talent Acquisition & Compensation)
• Understanding of HR processes; specifically sourcing and position management
• Detail conscious, delivery-focused self-starter, independent
• Thrives in working with others and is a team player
