The Job

The People Partner provides HR delivery to all parts of WarnerMedia in the above mentioned areas. As HR People Partner, you will be advising managers in the business units on how to appropriately manage and resolve HR issues including, but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, employee development, compensation, internal mobility, staff retention, people acquisition, headcount and position management, and compliance matters, working closely with the People Partner Lead, People Solutions, COEs, HRS, Employment- and Corporate- Legal teams as required.

The Daily
• Provide day-to-day generalist HR support to all business areas (or specific business areas/teams, as directed by the People Partner Lead), close collaboration with regional and local People Partners on execution.
• Support the execution of local / regional / global HR programmes and projects.
• Support business needs, short-term HR goals and the longer-term people strategy.
• Support business/functional leaders to deliver changes to structures, job roles and definitions, reporting lines, new ways of working, process improvements, role eliminations etc and the relevant legal/consultation requirements.
• Support the Talent Leaders and Finance on annual budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of all ongoing people costs.
• Develop strong working relationships with the People Solutions group and COEs to support the implementation of HR programmes and initiatives.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace and 'one company' mindset as a critical priority.

The Essentials
• Similar experience in a generalist HR capacity supporting leaders and managers.
• Ideally experience of large American multinational companies with complex matrix organization.
• Solid understanding of employment laws across EMEA and continuously looking for ways to keep up to date on the latest regulatory developments/changes.
• Strong service delivery orientation in combination with an inquisitive mind and a highly collaborative nature, a real desire to help each of the business areas in the territory.
• Understands the importance of stakeholder management and considers who may be impacted by decisions/changes.
• Committed to diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and fostering a 'one company' mindset in each territory.
• Able to appropriately prioritise activities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
