Assist Director of Operations in the day to day management of multiple locations and staff needs. Duties include office moves, janitorial duties, general maintenance, supply replenishment. As well as special assignments as needed
JOB RESPONSIBILITY & % OF TIME SPENT
OPERATIONS WORK FLOW SYSTEM:
Coordinates job assignments as incoming requests occur, per the Departments Traffic coordinator .
Updating job status in computer, including any notes regarding job.
Work with Operations director to schedule Special Events, Moves.
Schedule new employee setups and service calls for maintenance.
Keep management informed of manpower issues.
Review weekly safety reports; inform Director of issues. Coordinate service for repairs
Check Buildings daily for fire hazards, and Trip hazards.
Inspecting fire extinguishers, fire doors, stairwells, entries and exits, elevators, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens lighting, sidewalks, etc. and making corrections and/or repairs when needed.
Assistant to Fire Life Safety Dir., Attends CPR certification and Fire Life Safety classes.
On call 24 hrs. 7 days a week to assist the studio in any event for any reason.
NEW EMPLOYEE SETUPS AND OFFICE RELOCATIONS:
Setup new employees with furniture and equipment,
Moving of Furniture and Equipment from multiple locations
Read and forecast space plans in terms of furniture and equipment needs
Providing inventory lists and fulfilling inventory requests
Helps coordinates food and beverage deliveries.
Notifies management of any issues that arise.
Coordinates furniture setups for events.
Oversee general setup of events
Driving company truck to Multiple locations as needed.
Must maintain clean DMV records.
Complete vehicle inspection reports
Minimum Experience Requirements:
Desirable Requirements (Not Mandatory)
1-2 YRS College
Must be a quick thinker, calm, multi-tasking person. Able to follow through on a projects even if interrupted. Good
