Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Reporting directly to the SVP/Head of TVD & HE (TVHE), Singapore provides a full spectrum of administrative & business support in a one-on-one relationship. He/she provides assistance to SVP/TVHE, Singapore with respect to Warner Bros. other business units by interfacing with internal divisional groups, external business partners. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Assistant to SVP/TVHE must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

THE JOB
• Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the SVP/TVHE, Singapore, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
• Be able to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders to provide insights and manage a variety of special projects for SVP/TVHE as when required
• Support TVHE team in assisting with general administration work as needed & to liaise with other support divisions as seems appropriate
• Liaise with all division units within Warner Media including HBO MAX personnel on INSEAK market when called upon
• Successfully completes deliverables with a hands-on approach, including personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the SVP/TVHE's ability to effectively manage the businesses
• Support team in assisting with general administration work &
• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the SVP/TVHE including: managing a calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for business meetings

THE ESSENTIALS

Education & Experience
• Education in entertainment or film disciplines preferred
• Minimum two years of working experience in an MNC environment

Knowledge & Skills
• Native English language speaker preferred
• Excellent language communication skills both in Mandarin and English to communicate with stakeholders from Mandarin-speaking markets
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Emotional maturity
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrates the highest level of customer/client service and response
