The Job

The role will be reporting to the Head of International HR Services, the International HRS Analysts will conduct a set of admin and analytical duties including but limited to 1) gathering and assembling analytical and factual data; 2) using subject matter knowledge to prepare information for use of high level communication and/or meetings; 3) preparing, editing presentations, reports, and proposals and 4) applying professional concepts to perform analysis of data and systems pertaining to complex projects, policies and/or processes.

The Daily
• Oversees technology issues; in cooperation with IT ensures staff has appropriate equipment and systems to properly perform their functions (phones, computers, ServiceNow, Workday access, configuration, etc.) and all logistics to keep the setters running efficiently.
• Provide back office support to the HRS contact center.
• Compiles and distributes key performance indicators.
• Produces reports and statistics to oversee operations, track service level compliance, identify trends to improve efficiencies.
• Recommends and implements actions as needed to improve processes and protocol regarding policy coordination.
• Documents, tracks, and generates reports on existing or new requirements.
• Coordinates projects as assigned.
• Manage and update knowledge base.
• Supports meetings with agenda and minutes.
• Assists in scheduling staff.
• Produces internal team communications.
• Assists with audits and information requests.

The Essentials
• Proven work experience in related / similar field.
• Demonstrated teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with and gain the cooperation of colleagues across the International organization; effective verbal and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality of privileged information and perform a wide range of duties that require tact, sensitivity, independent judgement, diplomacy, organizational skills, flexibility and discretion.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data of various sources with strong attention to detail.
• Solid ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
• Fluent English skills and at least another language (Spanish is highly welcome).
• Fluency in Microsoft Office application.
