SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Director, Global Creative Project Management & Operations role will be a strategic and operational thought leader responsible for overseeing and executing all PMO activities for the Global Product Development, Experiences and Creative (GPEC) team.

This position requires partnership with WBCP executives / teams, corporate executives / groups (Global Creative Leads, CP Category teams, Franchise Management & Marketing, WB Technology, Retail Sales, Finance, Legal, DC, etc.) as well as cross-department collaboration and outside partners (licensees, vendors, etc.)

Job Responsibilities

Global Project Management & Operations:
• Oversee efficiencies, systems, processes, and support change for Global Product development, Entertainment and Creative
• Support Hardlines, Softline's, Themed entertainment and Creative teams with project management support
• Develop, communicate, and maintain Global tools, resources, and operational resource materials
• Set strategies and implement global creative digital adaptation training
• Support on legal clearances for global assets and products
• Prioritize and manage Creative/PD job lists and projects
• Administrate creative shared folders (Box, SharePoint, Portal, Star Labs) and communicate updates/changes as needed.
• Partner with global creative leads to identify relevant best practices and enhancements to optimize WBCP creative business processes, inform technology and monitor implementation of updates.
• Facilitate future state creative/product development process design with WBCP process owners and subject matter experts, to enable improvements and drive key business requirements for systems upgrades and evolve processes for efficiency
• Define and measure key performance indicators to track benefits derived from investments in process design
• Partner with WBCP leads to align/evolve WBCP's Operating Model of core processes, including:
• Planning: executive planning, research and insights, franchise planning, creative strategic planning
• Execution: property evaluation, product development, retail planning, creative briefs seasonally – be the liaison for the Global Creative/PD Team and to be able to ask the right questions based on data and push back if needed
• Key planning lead for global GPEC summits
• Manage the timelines and budgets for GPEC NA projects. Liaise with the Franchise, Sales, Category teams to obtain job starts and creative briefs for all projects to be kicked off with the Creative/PD teams. Communicate timelines and budgets with all parties and keep stakeholders updated on any delivery changes.
• Keep up with industry trends and innovations in tech and software to ensure relevancy.
Vendor management, Budgets and forecasting
• Own and manage the creative and product development budgets
• Partner with Finance weekly, monthly, quarterly on spending and forecasts
• Own vendor onboarding, tracking, processing, invoicing, PO's and shopping cart approvals working closely with Creative, PD, Legal and Finance
• Creative Development and timelines
• Project manage all aspects of seasonal development (style guides, seasonal development, retailer tool kits, character art, packaging guides, branding, seasonal rollout, one off art requests)
• Own cross-BU and GPEC team communications on status, and key dates related to asset development.
• Facilitate and oversee key meetings for global check-ins and twice-yearly rollouts
• Coordinate and consolidate global feedback at key check-in milestones
• Gather Rollout performance analytics
• Gather Star labs user asset analytics
• Support and manage the Production team scheduling and Star labs seasonal uploading
• Support and manage the project workload for the Motion graphics team
• Coordinate and partner with PD and BA on all creative projects
• Product development and timelines
• Project manage and is accountable for PD's key deadlines and deliverables globally on pitches, presentations etc.,as well as global cross-functioned projects
• Support on all creative/product and themed entertainment projects
• Manage and support on GTE park requests, toolkits, project management, file archiving, 3rd party vendor PD meetings and logo development
• Oversee retail and category requests for PD teams, including retail pitch pits, boards, and mockups
• Systems and Change Management
• Partner with WB Technology to identify and develop solutions for GPEC's requested Star Labs Upgrades and enhancements, with a focus on innovation, scalability, and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and direction regarding new technology to bring efficiency and knowledge to the Global PD/Creative Teams, as well as leveraging data against submissions from the Star Labs platform to evolve GPEC business process needs
• Contribute to WBCP's evolving systems strategy and roadmap, including business-driven innovation requirements
• Partner with WB Technology to establish priorities for ongoing process/system enhancements, upgrade schedules, and ongoing maintenance and support
• Establish and foster a productive relationship with the Technology Upgrade Program stakeholders (Global PD/Creative) to maintain their active involvement and feedback
• Partner with WB Organization Design and third-party resources to develop and manage communications and training plans in support of the creative roll out of new processes and systems solutions, as well as enable WBCP Creative personnel to effectively adopt ongoing changes
• Act as the GPEC representative for Audit Compliance requests
• Lead on WB2C Design, Planning and Move coordination for NA GPEC Team
• Lead adoption and training for key business applications for the GPEC team

• Identify and implement ways to automate key non-creative functions across the GPEC teams
• • JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Work Experience
• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in program/project management, business process design, transformation change programs, change management, technology strategy development and/or delivery, enterprise system implementations, operational process and/or technology line management required
• Industry experience in consumer products, licensing, media and entertainment required
• Large consulting firm experience preferred
• Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• BA/BS degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Technology Management or related field required
• MBA preferred
• Understanding of creative processes and product development
• Knowledge/Skills
• Functional knowledge of PMO, Product & Asset management systems like Bluescape, Miro, Monday.com, Confluence, Jira, Box and other platforms
• Strong executive leadership, presence, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage and facilitate cross-functional, multi-level teams
• Proven project management experience; structured, disciplined work planning skills
• Experience in managing cultural change programs
• Knowledge of consumer products industry, operational and systems environments
