Job Description

Digital Media Coordinator
• Content delivery for catch up services, SVOD for all brands of the WarnerMedia portfolio in France, Africa & Israel on a timely maner, working in close relationship with all platforms, programming departments in Paris, Digital Media team in London
• Follow-up on quality control & redeliveries when required
• Project management tasks
• Establishment of monthly graphic briefs with production & marketing departments for promo banners and/or visuals
• Follow up of interfaces optimization

The Daily
• Implement non linear schedules in Bebanjo
• Project management tasks
• Monitor content & assets delivery on the platforms
• Maximise the usage of non linear services
• Editorialization of the corners in relationship with programming department

The Essentials
• Project manager mindset (communication, ability to summarize, challenging process, organization, warn the manager if necessary, autonomy)
• Solution provider
• Global audiovisual and digital market awareness
• Rigor, method and great sense of detail
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines within a team
• Good level of English, written and oral, for exchange with technical services in London and with platforms when required

Coordinateur médias numériques
• Livraison de contenu pour les services de rattrapage, SVOD pour toutes les marques du portefeuille WarnerMedia en France, Afrique et Israël dans les délais impartis, en travaillant en étroite relation avec toutes les plateformes, les départements de programmation à Paris, l'équipe Digital Media à Londres.
• Suivi du contrôle de la qualité et des nouvelles livraisons si nécessaire.
• Tâches de gestion de projet
• Établissement de briefs graphiques mensuels avec les départements de production et de marketing pour les bannières promotionnelles et/ou les visuels.
• Suivi de l'optimisation des interfaces

Le quotidien
• Mise en œuvre de plannings non linéaires dans Bebanjo
• Tâches de gestion de projet
• Contrôler la livraison du contenu et des actifs sur les plateformes
• Maximiser l'utilisation des services non linéaires
• Editorialisation des coins en relation avec le département de programmation.

• Esprit de chef de projet (communication, capacité de synthèse, processus stimulant, organisation, prévenir le responsable si nécessaire, autonomie)
• Fournisseur de solutions
• Connaissance du marché global de l'audiovisuel et du numérique
• Rigueur, méthode et grand sens du détail
• Capacité à travailler rapidement et efficacement pour respecter les délais au sein d'une équipe
• Bon niveau d'anglais, écrit et oral, pour les échanges avec les services techniques à Londres et avec les plateformes si nécessaire.
