Coordinator Content Operations

Job Description

• Based within the WarnerMedia France Technical Operations department, and reporting to the head of Tech Operations operationally, the role will be to service and deliver programs for 6 channels and Adult Swim, working with the London office, distributors, laboratories and dubbing studios
• Liaison with the acquisitions departments (GE & Kids) for the coordination of localization (dubbing and subtititling)
• Internal clients are General Entertainment & Young Adult Programming and Kids Programming
• Possible participation in other projects or activities within the group

Content Operations
• Creation of dubbing orders for kids channels in collaboration with T&O Operations in London
• Order of programs for the 6 channels + block with distributors, labs & localization vendor in London
• Follow up on delivery and ingest in MAM with possible redeliveries
• Update and follow up of various trackers with TX dates
• Order of selected content for promos for all channels
• Creation and receipt of purchase orders for vendors
• Access and input of metadata for all content in various WM applications and systems

Localization
• Collaboration on casting for new CNOs with the acquisitions department
• Coordination of approvals and localized screeners for new series with readers
• Coordination of approvals of dubbing of all songs for all with acquisitions department
• Follow up of dubbing schedules for Kids programs with dubbing vendors and readers

Skills:
• Organised and dynamic
• Strong time management skills, knows how to prioritise workload
• Is able to work autonomously and capable of reporting to different stakeholders
• Good English (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of Pack Office
• A first experience in a similar the audiovisual sector is essential, ideally in a similar position within a TV channel or as customer service in a labo or studio.
