Job Description
WarnerMedia seeks a Contract Sourcer/Recruiter for the Talent Acquisition department. As a Sourcer/Recruiter, you'll be a part of the team partnering across the Studio Operations business including Retail, Tour, Culinary, Security and Custodial to understand their talent needs. You'll spend your time engaging top talent in the market and establishing partnerships in the community. You'll rely on traditional and non-traditional methods to identify candidates. You'll manage the community relationships, pipeline partnerships and outreach efforts (not limited to events, networking, and local initiatives).

The Daily
• Conduct initial phone screen and review primary recorded interview response for candidates, and advocate on their behalf to Recruiters and Sourcers.
• Support and partner with functional Recruiters in extending offers to top candidates at offer and onboarding stage.
• Support functional Recruiters in building diverse candidate pipelines at all stages of the hiring process.
• Build and maintain partnerships and outreach efforts build pipelines with local communities, schools, and organizations.
• Lead research on proposed areas to organize activations based on talent gap needs.
• Develop an effective interview and sourcing strategy, with an eye toward internal and diverse talent.
• Leverage tools to heavily source candidates (BrassRing, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Boolean search, etc.).
• Target, attend and source from key industry-related and community focused events.
• Build and leverage network (business resource groups, industry organizations with a focus on diversity) to become a subject matter expert in creative recruitment.
• Partner with sourcing and analytics team to ensure reports are aligned to other key metrics and performance indicators.
• Support special projects, research, analytics and industry benchmarking.
• Perform other related tasks and/or special projects as assigned.

The Essentials
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a talent acquisition organization recruiting for hospitality, retail and culinary roles strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates, HR partners and business leaders.
• Excellent project management skills (critical thinker, manages expectations, follows timeline, communicates progress effectively, etc.).
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand business functions.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
