Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Sales Planning Analyst works closely with the WM Content Licensing group from deal start to close, capturing and interpreting data. The Analyst is responsible for inputting daily deal uploads, researching underlying rights and music restrictions/data, developing curated client availability lists, analyzing client requests and creating executive summaries thereof. Serves as main point of contact with Cosmos team and EFS, including performing minor updates to deals in internal systems at request of EFS. Reconciles deals interfaced in systems, and troubleshoots any issues related to the deal interface with Cosmos team and EFS. Responsible for inputting and maintaining client proposals. Works closely with Business systems team to test and approve enhancements. Performs monthly review of rights changes for films and updates in internal systems as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works directly with WM Content Licensing from deal start to close:

Performs extensive research of rights and restrictions, development of client avail lists, analysis of client offers via internal and client facing workups.
• Main point of contact for all Systems related updates, reconciliations and interface issues.
• Inputs and Maintains client proposals in availability Windowing System.
• Other Ad Hoc projects as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Work Experience
• Minimum 4-5 years' in the Entertainment Industry .

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree required

Knowledge/Skills
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills required (i.e. vLookups/Pivot Tables)
• Strong Knowledge of Rights and Clearances required (Underlying Rights vs Music Restrictions)
• Strong Knowledge of Film and Television Series required.
• Strong Knowledge and Understanding of Television Distribution Methods, Services and Networks required. (i.e SVOD, AVOD, FAST, etc)
• Understanding of Access Data-Base required.
• Understanding of SAP/and or related enterprise software preferred.
