Analyst, Compensation & Benefits (UK, Jersey, Ireland)

The Job
Our International Reward Team are now looking for an International Compensation and Benefits Analyst to be a key member of the UK based team, providing analytical support for over 4,000 employees across multiple business lines, including TV & Film, News, Games and Studios & Tours.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits, you will provide analytical support to the C&B team supporting the UK within the international business. Activities are associated with the design, delivery, and implementation of Reward programs in support of the WBD business strategies.

The Daily
• Completes in-depth analysis on regional Reward programs; conducts research, analyses data and identifies trends across Compensation and Benefits programs. Conducts data modelling, cost analysis and produces recommendations to support new initiatives or enhancements to existing plans.
• Translates analysis into creative PowerPoints and dashboards.
• Develops training / presentations to educate HR and managers on C&B initiatives to understand and enable to be self-sufficient as possible through our available compensation tools.
• Develops engaging communication materials to educate employees about C&B plans and initiatives and ensures information available on systems is accurate.
• Supports the benefit renewal process in countries, ensures information about plan changes are tracked centrally and supports the annual benefits budget process.
• Supports International salary survey data submissions, including matching of roles, transition of data and competitive analysis tools.
• Supports International compensation management through the preparation of the annual competitive analysis, carrying out analysis to identify and track trends.
• Supports the sales plans process including communication and calculations of sales payments where required.
• Analyses data and prepares job pricing recommendations for executive, complex or niche roles.

The Essentials
• Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with proven ability to work with autonomy, multi-task and self-prioritise as needed, with a willingness to adapt quickly and pivot where priorities change.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to see the bigger picture and design processes and operating practices that minimise risk and drive efficiency.
• Strong communication skills that are clear and engaging, tailoring communication style effectively to your audience. Strong presentation skills – able to clearly communicate complex analysis and tell the story
• Excellent relationship and customer service skills exhibiting a high level of tact, diplomacy, managing conflict, and influence others.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, with mathematical aptitude.
• Strong Microsoft excel, MS office skills, including PowerPoint.

The Nice to Haves
• Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits preferable. Previous Towers Watson surveys and benchmarking methodology preferable.
• Google sheets, Docs, and Slides skills useful.
