Your New Role
Warner Bros. Discovery Japanのローカルプロダクション事業において、日本発映画作品の企画開発から制作、公開、二次利用展開までをサポートいただくポジションです。制作会社、クリエイター、社内外の関係者、および海外チームと連携しながら、プロジェクトを円滑に推進する役割を担います。開発初期から公開後の事業展開まで幅広い業務に携わり、日本オリジナル作品の成功に貢献いただきます。
Your Role Accountabilities
• 映画化候補となる企画、原作、IPの調査・開発業務をサポートし、企画提案資料や開発関連資料の作成を行う。
• 制作会社、監督、脚本家などのクリエイティブパートナーと連携し、開発・制作工程全体の進行管理を行う。
• 制作スケジュール、予算、各種承認プロセスおよび納品物の管理をサポートし、プロジェクトの円滑な進行を推進する。
• 社内各部門および海外チームとの調整窓口として、プロジェクト情報の共有やレポーティングを行う。
• 脚本開発、試写会運営、ポストプロダクション、字幕制作、納品管理など、制作に関連する各種業務を支援する。
• マーケティング、配給、テレビ、デジタル、コンシューマープロダクツ部門と連携し、作品の公開・商品化・二次利用展開をサポートする。
• 契約関連資料、制作資料、納品物などの管理を行い、社内基準および制作要件への準拠を確保する。
Qualifications & Experience
Required
• 映画制作、映像制作、コンテンツ制作、またはエンターテインメント業界における実務経験2年以上
• 制作会社、クリエイター、事業部門など複数の関係者とのプロジェクト推進経験
• 高い調整力、進行管理能力、およびコミュニケーション能力
• 複数案件を並行して管理できるプロジェクトマネジメント能力
• 日本語・英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
• 学士号または同等の実務経験
Preferred
• 映画会社、制作会社、配給会社、または共同製作案件における業務経験
• 映画企画開発、制作、公開関連業務の経験
• 日本の映画制作プロセスおよびエンターテインメント業界に関する知識
• 海外チームやグローバルプロジェクトとの協業経験
Your New Role
The Assistant Producer supports the development, production, and release of local-language film productions in Japan. Working closely with internal stakeholders, production companies, filmmakers, and regional teams, this role helps manage projects throughout the content lifecycle, from early development through theatrical release and subsequent exploitation. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating production activities, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of Warner Bros. Discovery's local production initiatives in Japan.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Support the development of local-language film projects, including evaluating source materials, preparing development packages, and coordinating project submissions.
• Coordinate with production companies, filmmakers, and creative partners throughout development, pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Manage project schedules, key milestones, budgets, approvals, and production deliverables to support successful project execution.
• Facilitate communication between internal business teams, regional stakeholders, and production partners by providing timely project updates and production information.
• Support production activities including script reviews, audience screenings, localization requirements, deliverable management, and production reporting.
• Coordinate promotional and release-related activities in partnership with marketing, theatrical distribution, television, digital, and consumer products teams.
• Ensure production materials, documentation, and final deliverables are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and production requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
• 2+ years of experience supporting feature film production, content production, or entertainment projects in Japan.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, including production companies, creative talent, and business teams.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Japanese and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred
• Experience working in a film studio, distributor, production company, or co-production environment.
• Experience supporting feature film development, production, or theatrical release activities.
• Knowledge of Japanese film production processes and industry practices.
• Experience working with international stakeholders and global content teams.
