Job Description
Job Summary:
Edit all In-house S&P edits, long form audio video corrections/Edits, Specials, Shorts, AV's, Mastering, etc. And also manage flow of data getting transferred to or from Playout, TMC, GMSC or other locations.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Content Development
• Edit long form content (in-house features/specials and shorts) that can be used on-air as well as on multiple platforms i.e. Internet, DTH & mobile content.
2) Post-production Workflow
• Edit Promos for Kids Network.
• Mastering and over-view QC of Commercials.
• Delivery of Commercials to GCA for Playout.
• Edit PR AV's and short videos as per requirement.
• Delivery of Promos and Graphics to GCA as per requirement.
• Performing SnP edit for Local shows and delivering those edited masters to TMC.
• Delivery of Content, D/ubbed tracks and Subtitling file to TMC as per requirement.
3) Storage Management
• Effectively manage SAN storage for smooth functioning.
• Work on centralized archive system to make all the data (old & new shows) available for departmental use.
Selection Criteria:
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on editing software's like Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro. Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office.
• 7-9 years' experience in editing Promos and long format content.
• Knowledge in Adobe After Effects/ Photoshop would be an additional advantage
