Job Description
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for guiding CRM, MarTech and data /analytics projects to market. They'll be tasked with leading cross-functional teams that manage CRM campaigns, MarTech and data platforms for TNT Sports . Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, gathering requirements, communicating status, and driving decision making with the project team. They will work closely with business leadership, digital marketing teams, data engineers , analysts, designers, developers, and other digital specialists .
This role will manage projects across TNT Sports portfolio .
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Project managing full life-cycle of MarTech /Data initiatives from inception to delivery
• Project managing full life-cycle of CRM campaigns from inception to delivery
• Assembling highly effective teams across a matrix environment that includes product management, development, analysts , marketing, ad sales, and more
• Improving how we work in an agile manner-suggesting and implementing working improvements iteratively for the team
• Maintaining open and constant communication among internal team, external stakeholders, and management regarding project status
• Administering JIRA/Confluence online documentation
• Identifying and managing project risks

Qualifications & Experience…
• 2+ years prior project management experience
• 1+ years working on ad-supported digital products (web, social, app, or connected devices)
1+ years working with data operations teams
• Experience assisting in MarTech platform implementation from ideation to execution
• Proven ability to work under deadlines and meeting organizational goals
• Must have strong teamwork skills
• Advanced customer service skills, including proactive troubleshooting
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic, with the flexibility to support project spikes in peak sporting seasons (e.g. March Madness)
• Experience working in fixed-date software development projects• Experience using agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban• Experience working in development integration projects

Salary Details
Salary Range: $79,100 to $146,900 Per Year ($ USD)
