Job Description
Warner Bros. Discovery's DTC technology and product organization sits at the intersection of tech, entertainment, and everyday utility. We are committed to delivering quality user experiences, ranging from video streaming to applications across connected TV, mobile, web and consoles. As a pure tech organization, we are essential to Warner Bros. Discovery's continued growth, building world-class products from the ground-up for our iconic brands like HBO Max, Discovery Channel, CNN, Food Network, HGTV, Eurosport, MotorTrend, and many more.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team with a deep understanding in operationalizing large scale cloud based products / services and strong customer success obsession. The ideal candidate has strong understanding of Observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and Incident Management workflows (alerts, runbooks, severity mapping) to drive improvements in data driven Operational Excellence workflows as part of service lifecycle management. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who can drive operational efficiency and minimize customer impact with a focus on enabling next-gen operating models and technology landscapes. Operations : You apply processes and standards thoughtfully with bias towards automation, identifying the right amount of process and structure to achieve the correct outcome with the least overhead.

Communication : Your written, verbal communication skills are exemplary, concise and to the point, making you the initial point of contact for business and technical stakeholders. You are the point of contact for data related to your product, services, and features.

Preferred Skills:

Minimum ten years of relevant work experience supporting Observability, Reliability operations and Incident and Problem Management workflows.

Proven ability to drive change through the delivery of Infrastructure, Applications development, Direct-to-Consumer Streaming technology and Incident Management.

Ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve business goals, including the use of data to drive improvements.

Ability to evaluate and communicate strategy, operational health, and incident workflow plans to executive leadership.
