We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to streamline, optimize, and elevate our product team's operations. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and data- ensuring that the product organization runs smoothly, makes data-driven decisions, and delivers value efficiently. You'll be a key partner in scaling product strategy, tooling, process, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Process Optimization:
Design, implement, and refine product development processes (e.g., roadmap planning, product development checkpoints, retrospectives) to support scale and efficiency.
• Strategic Planning & Alignment:
Drive quarterly and annual product planning cycles and monthly business reporting. Partner closely with leadership to define OKRs, align teams around strategic priorities, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Data & Insights:
Partner with data to develop product dashboards, track key metrics, and provide insights that help guide prioritization, performance reviews, and decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, customer support, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment on launches, priorities, and customer feedback loops.
• Team Communications & Rituals:
Lead internal communications for the product org (e.g., all-hands, weekly updates, roadmap reviews), and own the structure and cadence of team meetings to maintain momentum and clarity.
• Voice of the Customer:
Centralize and systematize feedback from customer-facing teams to inform product direction.
Qualifications & Experience...
• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, or a similar role in a tech-driven company
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Experience managing tools like Jira, Airtable, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
• A systems thinker - always looking to streamline and improve how things get done

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $102,901.00 - $191,102.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
