Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support the operational framework, reporting, and execution of the Technology Business Management (TBM) practice. This role is instrumental in driving tactical meetings, process efficiencies, metrics and TBM tool administration, ensuring that the TBM function
operates with consistency and delivers measurable impact.

The Business Operations Coordinator plays a critical role within the Technology Business Solutions (TBS) team and works closely with finance, IT, business pillar teams, procurement, and executive leadership to establish TBM best practices and streamline operations.

Your Role Accountabilities:
• Support TBM process implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise best practices.
• Oversee TBM tool administration, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Document TBM playbooks content, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate TBM reporting cadence, providing insights to key stakeholders.
• Track metrics, KPIs, and operational benchmarks for supported teams.
• Act as a liaison with stakeholder groups to drive tactical execution of initiatives, meetings, action items, to drive consistency and results.
• Manage executive reporting, ensuring leadership receives actionable insights.
• Ability to lead meetings and develop executive-level presentations and reports.
• Provide support to full-lifecycle of projects to ensure they deliver on-time and within budget.

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Finance, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3- 5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or TBM-related roles (a plus).
• Strong understanding of IT financial processes, reporting, and operational best practices.
• Strong documentation with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook .
• Experience with TBM tools (Apptio, Power BI, Tableau) and IT financial reporting a plus.
• Documentation skills is a must
• Local Atlanta-based candidate, highly desired. Relocation not available for the role.
