Job Description
Responsible for the creation and execution of all global media campaigns for WB Theatrical titles.
Oversees the internal WB media teams (with a specific focsus on digital media / International), as well as directing an agency team of 50+ employees. Manages the upfront planning, allocation and tracking for buys across TV, Digital, Audio and OutdoorWorks closely with the agency and appropriate 3rd party partners on the creation, implementation and execution of media sponsorships. Serves as a liaison between the media department and other divisions within marketing such as publicity, promotions, finance and creative. Works closely with research and analytics teams to refine media measurement solutions and harness data insights to shape campaigns.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Develop and deploy media plans for all Theatrical titles across all verticals including TV, digital, audio, outdoor and experiential
• Direct and oversee an agency team of 50+, including specialists in broadcast planning / buying, digital / planning / buying, social media, outdoor and marketing science
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the WB Theatrical media team, providing consistent strategy direction and close review of work
• Work closely with International regional teams to ensure campaigns are consistent and cohesive across the world; develop global learning agendas and negotiate global vendor partnerships wherever possible
• Communicate media plan strategy and details to Filmmakers, Film Partners and Senior Level Executives on a regular basis
• Work with publicity, creative and servicing teams to coordinate talent involvement and content creation for media sponsorships and corporate synergy integrations
• Regularly monitor and track competitive landscape and strategy and recommend revisions to WB plans as needed in order to keep pace with competition
• Work closely with the analytics and research teams to regularly monitor and track a number of different data streams pertaining to the overall health and efficacy of the media campaign; synthesize those data outputs into actionable feedback and direction and use them to inform the strategy of current and future media plans. Also communicate these findings to management when appropriate.
• Work closely with WB Finance to ensure that all media budgets are tracked and reported accurately at both the divisional and Corporate levels
Qualifications & Experience…
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in media strategy, planning and execution with minimum of 6 years specific to an entertainment account. Experience managing large and dynamic teams internally and externally and communicating with high-level stakeholders.
• Deep Digital Media / Analytics Experience Required.
• International Experience preferred.
• BA Communication, Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of marketing, media, and entertainment sufficient to develop media plans for the promotion of Warner Bros. films
• Must be able to analyze the effectiveness of media advertising.
• Must be able to supervise, guide and evaluate support staff in the performance of their tasks.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels including clients and outside vendors.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $197,050.00 - $365,950.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
