We're looking for a proactive and motivated individual to support the Studio Operations Manager and wider Studio Operations team in delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers. Effective teamwork is essential in this role, requiring a strong team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate closely and confidently with others.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. It's all about staying calm under pressure and taking initiative when tackling tasks, whether working independently or alongside others. You'll be confident using communication tools like two-way radios and tablets, and ready to adapt to changing priorities. While primarily based at our iconic Leavesden site, occasional off-site work may be required.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• To deliver, arrange, and remove furniture for clients, taking care to protect Warner Bros. assets.
• Occasionally work offsite, delivering and installing furniture and collecting items from offsite offices/suppliers.
• General maintenance across site, including painting and decorating of office suites.
• Ensure that all works are completed in a timely fashion and that care is taken to leave areas clean and tidy.
• Adhere to all Warner Bros. site, Health & Safety, and waste policies.
• Monitor and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site, which would involve general groundskeeping/Litter picking.
• To regularly inspect department vehicles to ensure safety on the roads.
• Snow / Ice clearance when required.
• Maintain, clean, and report any problems with vehicles.
Qualifications & Experiences...
• Previous experience in a manual handling role.
• Ability to work with technology and various software packages, such as I-Auditor, Planon and Microsoft Office package.
• Must have the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and use a common-sense approach.
• Experience working in a customer service environment.
• General Labouring/furniture removals experience preferred.
• Full UK Driving License with experience driving vans.

Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a world-class film and TV studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. The purpose-built studio site is home to 20 sound stages, production offices, workshops, an indoor water tank, and an extensive, clear-horizon backlot.
WBSL includes the on-site production rentals business, Warner Bros. Set Lighting & Rigging, which provides the industry with state-of-the-art lighting equipment, scaffolding, and production supplies for stage and location shoots worldwide. In addition, Warner Bros. De Lane Lea, based in London, provides picture and sound post-production services for film and TV, and has a dedicated Dailies department on the lot at WBSL.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
