Staff, Project Management (Infrastructure Projects, Data Center))

As a Global Infrastructure Program Manager in the Warner Bros. Discovery Media Platform Operations (MPO) organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of technical infrastructure p rograms across the enterprise that will transform the company's global IT infrastructure capabilities to a world-class level. In this role, you will manage the strategy, planning, budget development, and execution of a portfolio of key MPO infrastructure projects including, but not limited to: network and infrastructure modernization; data facility build-outs, office relocations, consolidations and/or closures, etc.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Program Management & Project Operations
• Manage significant and unique infrastructure programs and workstreams of size and complexity
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of multi-year programs ( Cloud Migration, Infrastructure Refreshes and Upgrade, Data Center Exits )
• Participate in strategic planning for infrastructure programs
• Lead the process of gathering project requirements and developing solutions
• Assist management with special assignments, such as evaluating vendors, gathering/evaluating consultant proposals, or other responsibilities as requested

Stakeholder Relationship
• Manages project communication s and escalations
• Coordinates and facilitates Operating Steering (OSC) and Executive Steering Committees (ESC)
• Broker relationship between business and application groups to translate infrastructure requirements and scope definition
• Guides MPO and Non-MPO team members on infrastructure planning and deployment strategies

Qualifications & Experiences:
• 8 + years of experience of managing multiple technical , network and infrastructure related projects
• Familiarity and knowledge of technical aspects of infrastructure components (network, servers, storage, cloud, data center, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of technical and non-technical staff.
• Able to establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through to completion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and problem resolution in a cross-functional team.
• Able to drive the definition of project scope, develop detailed project plans, and facilitate the collection of engineering, operational, and business requirements.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills .
• Able to clearly, concisely, and regularly communicate status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
• Able to function effectively and consistently when faced with frequently changing and sometimes ambiguous goals.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts as needed to support project delivery.
• Expertise in using project management methodologies an d software , Jira, ServiceNow Portfolio Management, Smartsheet, MS Office ( Excel , PowerPoint , Word, etc.)
Not Required but preferred experience:
• Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including
• Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience
• PMP Certification a plus
