Job Description
Within this dynamic and fast-growing department, the Ad Sales team is responsible for driving revenue direct from agencies and clients in Denmark. We are seeking a Sr. Sales Manager to secure strong relationships with media agencies to ensure that the sales targets are met. This position will work closely with internal teams, from project managers to our research department, to deliver campaigns for our partners across linear and digital channels for Warner Bros. Discovery.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Overall responsible for ensuring a continuous and strong cooperation with media agencies within the portfolio.
• Responsible for specific advertisers and create stronger preference towards our products.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationships with media agency key stakeholders on all relevant levels (broadcast, client, digital , research etc.)
• Build and execute strong media agency strategy plans
• Overall responsible for all kinds of negotiations including annual negotiations and ad hoc campaign negotiations.
• As part of our strategy commitee, you will actively participate in the development of our sales and pricing strategi
• Collaborate with agencies to understand their advertisers' objectives and align those with our products and capabilities.
• Ensure well-prepared agency meetings and advice on the latest trends in video advertising, programmatic media buying, targeting, and digital advertising technologies and possibilities
• Be responsible for own budget and ensure that the sales budget and targets are met
• Be responsible for activating new clients at the agencies and identify opportunities for upselling to existing clients
• Ensure activation of the customer's media budgets by including all our platforms and package solutions (TV commercials, sponsorships, digital platforms etc.)
• Participate in relationship building activities, such as customer events and networking activities with customers, advertising agencies etc.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Experience within a media business, including media negotiations, from either media or media agency.
• Goal oriented and comfortable with being measured on sales results and sales efforts
• Positive, outgoing and good at building loyal relations
• Good at multitasking and keeping an overview
• High level of energy, proactive, flexibility and a natural winning mentality
• Thrive in a dynamic environment where most of the workday is spent on visiting customers
• A team player, but also good at working independently
