Job Description
As a Project Manager specializing in O365 you will have extensive experience in project management, with a focus on Microsoft products. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of O365 projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Your Role Accountabilities :
OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives .
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet organizational standards and client expectations.
• Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular project status reports, document project progress, and maintain comprehensive project records.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge of O365 and other Microsoft products to guide project development and troubleshoot issues.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and end-users to ensure successful project adoption and utilization .
STRATEGY
• Developing and implementing strategies for the deployment and adoption of Office 365 services.
• Advising on best practices and potential improvements to Office 365 service utilization .
• Collaborating with other IT teams to align Office 365 services with broader organizational goals.
ANALYTICS
• Analyzing and reporting on Office 365 service usage and performance.
• Identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making related to Office 365 services.
• Supporting the optimization of Office 365 services based on data-driven findings.

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in IT project management (focus on O365 and other Microsoft products preferred).
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
• Experience working in a global company
Not Required but preferred experience:
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications
• Technical Skills: Proficient in O365, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft products.
• Experience working in a media company

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
