Ad Enablement - Sr. Product Manager

The Job

As the Sr. Product Manager for Ad Enablement, Ad-lite, you will be responsible for defining product requirements related to the advertiser as a customer. You will be focused on defining how an advertiser's brand assets come to life within the overall ad experience across all WBD digital ad-supported endpoints. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements, building and evolving an actionable product roadmap. Analytical thinking and a strong aptitude to solve word problems with well-supported insights is a must. Collaboration with other product managers, finance, engineering, research, and strategy will be critical as you deliver the product experience.

What you will Work on:
• Defining how advertiser's brand assets come to life within the overall ad experience across all WBD digital ad-supported endpoints.
• In partnership with the ad Ad Formats, you will represent the advertiser's POV in developing ad products.
• You will be responsible for packaging ad products in your region to address advertiser needs while maintaining a delightful experience for consumers on the platform.
• You will work to produce saleable and scalable offerings that ad sales can bring to market.
• Listening to marketplace feedback and leveraging data, the products you work on will fill gaps in the WBD sales offering, providing sales with a well-rounded set of offerings to choose from.
• Partnering with Ad Operations teams to ensure ad product campaign management & delivery is operating efficiently & effectively.
• You will work in support of stakeholders in sales planning and finance to define product pricing and pairing of products and targeting that are margin accretive per platform.
• Identifying and developing the technology required to drive automation in these processes into the future.
• Partnering with sales and sales marketing you will work on product roll out (training materials and FQAs) and ongoing maintenance (sales inbound) to ensure seamless customer experience with ad products.

The Essentials
• 5+ years of experience in managing digital product initiatives and or related ad sales operations experience.
• Experience with Digital Ad sales and Digital (video and Display) advertising offerings.
• Solution oriented thinker with the ability to ask the right questions about data.
• Experience writing requirements for digital products and features and the ability to execute upon those requirements with development teams.
• Technical aptitude to evolve features to positively affect the outcome of the user and advertiser experience.
• Exposure to and interest in advertising as a medium for communicating with customers.
• Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. Responding to changes in direction quickly, and intelligently.
• Must be self-motivated and accountable.
• Strong written and verbal communication (presentation) skills required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Comfort in presenting to large audiences.
• Collaborative in nature.
• Have the drive to continually enhance knowledge of systems, products, and industry.

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $112,000.00 - $208,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
