Job Description
Global Privacy Services is a centralized team of privacy professionals who work alongside lawyers, product and data teams to drive compliance across the entire enterprise. The team provides services under five core functions: Privacy Operations, Compliance and Assurance, Privacy Data Governance, Privacy Service Center, and Compliance Projects.

The team is a part of Warner Bros. Discovery Technology & Operations, sitting alongside core HR, Financial, Legal and Data systems as an enterprise service. Privacy needs run across the entire enterprise, and the team is set up to deliver globally.

We are currently seeking a Sr Manager, Privacy Service Center to set up a new service center to manage and configure OneTrust for WBD, providing privacy services globally to a broad range of stakeholders across the enterprise.

In this role, you will:
• Set up a new service center
• Manage service levels
• Lead a team responsible for OneTrust product management and configuration
• Lead or support privacy projects as needed
• Applicants to this role should expect to work collaboratively with privacy professionals, lawyers, and product and technology stakeholders on data-driven governance and compliance initiatives across Warner Bros Discovery's business.

What will you be doing?
• Set up a new service center
• Source and onboard staff
• Oversee a training program for new starters
• Develop and execute a knowledge transfer and transition plan (with Global Process Owners)
• Define service levels and escalation procedures
• Set up service management and helpdesk processes and tools
• Implement process to track and control system changes
• Manage service levels
• Manage service in line with agreed metrics
• Escalate exceptions and incidents as needed
• Develop and maintain a service catalog
• Lead a team responsible for OneTrust product management and configuration
• Control and provision system access
• Manage the release schedule for system changes in conjunction with GPOs, vendor and engineering teams
• Onboard data processors to the system
• Oversee user testing
• Make configuration and language changes to e.g workflow, webforms, banners
• Execute compliance testing e.g. cookie scans
• Support business product owners with new product configuration
• Support users with self service configuration
• Centrally track configuration changes, including those made via self service
• Lead a team of 3+ resources
• Lead or support privacy projects as needed
• Design and plan initiatives related to service center objectives
• Lead workstreams in wider Global Privacy Services projects

Job Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field
• IAPP certification a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• 4+ years professional experience in technology product/service management at large multinational
• Demonstrable experience leading and motivating teams to deliver
• Knowledge of privacy, security or compliance technologies / related field
• Training and coaching experience, including managing individual development plans
• Knowledge of internal and external systems used in the entertainment sector
• (Preferred) Privacy compliance experience, working with key regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc).
• Skills Required
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, able to quickly build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven problem solving ability, including knowing when to escalate issues
• Ability to see the big picture and work across multiple international regions and diverse brands
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Capable communicator (written and verbal) who regularly presents in front of senior leadership
• Proven ability to persuade, build consensus and work on a collaborative team with all levels of management, internally and externally
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
• Advanced MS Office skills
