In the context of industry and organizational transformation, the L&D team helps leaders and their teams create the mindset and skills to venture into the unknown in the pursuit of maximizing their performance and potential. The team also facilitates organization culture development, knowledge sharing, coaching and feedback across the organization.

The L&D Senior Manager role is critical to our success. This role will oversee L&D academies for US Ad Sales and global Finance, as well as contribute to other initiatives, primarily L&D Business Partnering, primarily with US teams. As a key member of the global L&D leadership team they will have input on the overall direction of L&D and best practices. They will be the key interface for senior leaders, helping them build core capabilities globally. The L&D Senior Manager will be US-based, located in WBD's NY Office. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for a seasoned L&D professional.

Your Role Accountabilities

Agenda and Plans
• Conduct needs analysis, establish priorities and allocate budgets. Identify the core capabilities to develop, communities and scope. Define which should be globally developed and which locally. Ongoing stakeholder engagement, management and alignment.

Program Development & Delivery
• Define the learning roadmap for developing core capabilities and associated programs. This will include the Ad Sales Academy, Finance Academy and other future academies TBD. Define what is global and what needs to be tailored to local needs. These programs and academies will have a blended learning approach. Leverage technology and digital learning to maximize impact globally, create efficiencies and re-purpose content.

Business Partnering
• Build and sustain ongoing relationships with business leaders and P&C partners for assigned business and corporate functional clients. Assess leadership and intact team development needs, develop and deliver solutions to address needs. Represent the totality of L&D offerings to internal clients, referring individuals and teams to appropriate offerings for their needs. Perform intake for executive coaching and match leaders with appropriate coaches for their situation.

Expert Communities
• Identify and leverage expertise within our organization. Create learning and sharing communities and support those that already exist. Identify external experts across the globe and find the best way to impart their knowledge through these communities.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate learning environments with particular experience in program management, design & delivery and L&D consultative business partnering to specific business units within an organization.
• Minimum of Bachelors in Human Resource Management, Business, Org. Psychology, Org Development, or related fields; Masters degree in related field preferred.
• Qualified in one or more psychometric instruments for individual and team development (DiSC, Insights, Hogan, 360, etc.) and experienced incorporating into facilitation and coaching
• Stakeholder management, alignment and engagement
• Creating L&D strategies and plans

• Development and implementation of L&D programs and initiatives
• Extensive experience with both face-to-face and virtual delivery
