Sr Manager, Content Sales Marketing

The Content Sales Marketing Sr. Manager acts as liaison between Marketing, Creative, Production, Sales and all domestic affiliates/clients (Broadcast, Cable, Streaming with a focus on Global Airlines Marketing) to support a wide variety of marketing needs and brand/IP Management. The Sr. Manager's primary responsibility is to develop and execute marketing efforts, helping achieve increased ratings, client satisfaction and revenue for Warner Bros. distributed content.

The Sr. Manager is client facing and must present a positive can-do attitude towards our internal & external clients at all times. Warner Bros. Discovery Content Licensing Marketing supports sales in business-to-business and direct-to-consumer marketing for all licensed content across platforms (Broadcast, Cable, Streaming, Airlines and emerging platforms), helping sales generate billions in revenue.

CORE DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Protect valuable IP, talent relationships and stakeholders for all titles.
• Set clear objectives and set positioning and engagement strategies across a wide range of content types (airlines, streaming, cable, broadcast, Fast and other outlets).
• Manage a wide range of content marketing plans, including integrated engagement and overall strategies.
• Gather, analyze, and apply relevant insights and data to help define effective and innovative strategic marketing approaches.
• Build and implement strategies that provide the most advantageous opportunity to gain significant and valid recognition by our audiences in all platforms.
• Build and manage highly positive relationships and work effectively with a wide range of clients and WBD cross-divisional.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing team leadership including media, creative and promotion teams, as well as event planning and corporate gifting.
• Manage the appropriate and effective integration of the WBD brand into all content marketing activities including approving assets, providing insight while reviewing creative, and create engaging B2B marketing alerts.
• Evaluate and analyze clients ongoing marketing needs and deliver continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 6+ years of experience in film and/or TV marketing.
• Relevant marketing team management experience with a major studio, media company, streaming service, brand and/or marketing agency, consumer marketing, marketing communications and/or digital/high-technology consumer companies/products.
• Experience collaborating on the creative and strategic planning process.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence direction on a wide range of department issues.
• Possess strong decision-making skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion.
• Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to gather, interpret and apply a wide range of data.
